Operator
We operate what we advise
Attain runs on its own AI system. Prospecting, research, qualification, and outreach run in full automation, and the system is being scaled now. We built it the way we advise clients to build: decision first, vendor second, governance from day one.
That order matters. Most AI advice comes from people who have never run the systems they recommend, or from sellers whose revenue depends on your build getting bigger. Operating our own system keeps the advice honest. Every recommendation has been tested against the question we ask ourselves: would we run this?
What the system taught us is the substance of the guidebook and the operating rhythm we sell: sequencing beats ambition, governance is cheaper on day one than day ninety, and most vendor decisions are reversible only on paper.
History
Thirty years of operating, not observing
Thirty years in technology, operated from the inside: Google, AWS, and McKinsey, across engineering, product, and advisory work. Building AI products since 2014, roughly eight years before the current wave made it fashionable.
The pattern across those years is the one that matters for this work: technology waves reward the companies that decide well early, and punish the ones that outsource judgment to whoever is selling.

Why independent judgment
Founder-led companies are surrounded by AI sellers. Vendors sell platforms, agencies sell builds, consultants sell the roadmap that leads to their next engagement. None of them are wrong to exist. All of them are structurally unable to tell you no.
Judgment is different from capability. Your team can rent capability by the hour. What it cannot rent from a seller is a senior operator whose only stake is the quality of the decision, because we sell nothing that benefits from the answer.
That is why Attain has one product. No builds, no commissions, no implementation revenue waiting behind the advice. A published ceiling of five clients, and a graduation clause that ends the engagement by hiring our replacement when you outgrow us.
